EmpowerING EDUCATORS TO REVOLUTIONISE WELLBEING.

As the nature of our social connection shifts, the quality and strength of our relationships is diminishing and young people are relying on social media and the internet to meet our deeply human need for connection.

Young people’s wellbeing is suffering and parents are struggling to impart the critical social and emotional skills that are becoming essential in modern schools, workplaces and in our everyday lives.

Rather than asking teachers to take on more content to master, my approach equips educators with the skills and a framework for designing experiences that allow young people to explore  their own content… to explore wellbeing and leadership on a deeply personal level and to build the skills to connect in a healthier way.

This embodied approach is built on collective honesty and supportive accountability. Firstly, we create spaces for young people to lean into honest exploration of their wellbeing and behaviour and then we develop a community where young people learn to hold each other to account to behaviours that reflect resilience, empathy, respect and leadership.
