EmpowerING EDUCATORS TO REVOLUTIONISE WELLBEING
Young people are struggling and teachers are carrying an ever-increasing burden, delivering wellbeing content that rarely shifts behaviour. I help schools take an easier and more effective approach – giving educators a clear framework for designing and facilitating genuinely engaging experiences and conversations that spark meaningful reflection and deeper personal understanding. Students build communities of peer support and accountability that actually shift behaviour and develop the social and emotional skills to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Teachers often struggle to engage young people in meaningful conversations about wellbeing, relationships, respect, inclusion and masculinity. Information-heavy approaches leave participants feeling lectured at. This program equips educators and facilitators to shift from delivering content on whiteboards to facilitating experiences that explore real behaviour and spark honest dialogue - building the deeper understanding and genuine relationships of support and accountability that actually change behaviour.
Content: Transformative learning theory; facilitation mindset and psychological safety; facilitating connection and trust with groups of young people; facilitation toolbox; activities that spark conversations; debriefing on purpose; safety in sensitive conversations; transforming resistance; essential interpersonal skills; action and accountability; designing transformative learning experiences that drive tangible behavioural change.
An experiential and immersive training that equips staff engaged in pastoral care, wellbeing, leadership programs with the key skills and a framework for designing highly engaging, student led SEL spaces.
A series of 12 experiential workshops exploring participants' real facilitation challenges and learning a toolbox of tricks you'll use immediately in classrooms, immersive camps, wellbeing programs and all across your school.

I work collaboratively with schools implementing new programs or reinvigorating existing wellbeing, pastoral care and leadership programs.
I can design programs for your school from scratch if you need that level of support. Alternatively, I can collaboratively co-create new programs alongside your team of passionate educators… empowering your team with a new approach to reinventing engaging SEL experiences in the process.
-
My staff presentations are an opportunity to give your entire team a common vocabulary and some practical skills to put this approach to work immediately in classroom and extracurricular activities.
I also deliver parent talks to inform families of the “Better Conversations” approach and give simple tools to support SEL at home.

The foundation of a thriving wellbeing culture is a collaborative team of emotionally professional leaders who know how to care for themselves and their colleagues.
This collaborative learning experience explores a social and emotional intelligence toolbox that enables educators to role model key wellbeing concepts such as gratitude, empathy and resilience in their interactions with peers, parents and students.
