ENGAGING MEN AND BOYS

I help leaders, educators, and facilitators move beyond token initiatives to genuine engagement – equipping teams with the skills and understanding to authentically connect with men and boys.

Programs

Designed and delivered by Mike and the Good Blokes Co team

  • DEI programs in male dominated workplaces often struggle to meet ambitious goals with difficulties retaining talented women and increasing defensiveness and disengagement from men.

This program merges DEI and men’s wellbeing goals in a holistic approach to culture and leadership development that turns resistance into engagement and empowers participants to drive real change.

David Barton Regional Director, The Man Walk

“Mike’s TRAINING was nothing short of inspirational. There was plethora of skills introduced and a really accessible framework taught. I feel well equipped to support men and boys in my community.”

Lachlan Howarth, General Manager, Sneakers and Jeans

“It was a fantastic talk. I could tell how engaged my staff were, and I’m excited for the healthy conversation to be on-going within our business. There has already been a shift in the way my senior guys are now talking to one another and their staff.”

Dr Nicholas Clements, University of Tasmania . Historian, teacher and retreat leader.

“This training was more valuable than all other professional learning I have done, combined!”

For over a decade, my team and I at Good Blokes Co facilitated tens of thousands of conversations with men and boys – facilitating men’s leadership retreats, corporate masculinity workshops, father son camps, mother son programs, school programs, teacher professional development, mens wellbeing retreats and rites of passage camps for young men. Over this time I gathered deep insights into how masculinity shapes wellbeing, behaviour, and engagement – developing innovative approaches to engaging men in conversations on wellbeing, mateship, respect, consent, leadership and culture. Now I help workplaces, schools and social services organisations to design and facilitate programs and conversations that change culture and change lives.
