BUILDING COLLABORATIVE CULTURE
Many organisations struggle to convert their wellbeing, inclusion, and leadership development efforts into meaningful culture change. I work with purpose-driven organisations to integrate these efforts by building lasting collaborative leadership capacity across entire teams. My experiential programs give teams a shared language and clear frameworks for ongoing practice, exploring participants' real lived experiences through deeply engaging, meaningful and genuinely enjoyable workshops. No PowerPoints. No tokenism. No box-ticking.

Purpose driven teams often struggle with burnout, siloed work, and conflict. Well-meaning wellbeing initiatives fall flat without the relational capacity to make them stick. This program equips leaders and entire teams with practical tools to navigate difficult conversations and build genuinely collaborative cultures where people feel connected, valued, and supported to sustain their important work.
Content: psychological safety and belonging, emotional professionalism, collaborative leadership, the FERVA coaching model, cultural intelligence, empathy mapping, calling people in (not out), and creating sustainable accountability. Each module connects theory to your team's real challenges, building shared language and practical capacity for leading culture change from wherever you sit in the organisation.
Participants gain confidence navigating difficult conversations, practical collaborative leadership skills, and tools for supporting colleagues effectively. Teams develop stronger connection, shared accountability, and the relational capacity to sustain their mission-driven work.
A series of 8 experiential workshops for leadership groups or whole teams. Engaging conversations grounded in participants' lived experiences – not compliance theatre, but genuine skill-building centred around your unique workplace challenges.

DEI programs in male dominated workplaces often struggle to meet ambitious goals with women leaving and men becoming defensive and disengaged. This program merges DEI and men’s wellbeing goals in a holistic approach to culture and leadership development that turns resistance into engagement and empowers participants to drive real change.
Content: masculinity, wellbeing, and behaviour; demystifying privilege and leveraging power; plus all standard program content (psychological safety, collaborative leadership, FERVA coaching, cultural intelligence, calling people in, and sustainable accountability).
Participants gain confidence in navigating difficult conversations, practical communication, coaching, and collaborative problem-solving skills, and improved wellbeing through connection to purpose and peer support. Organisations see strengthened psychological safety, improved cross-team collaboration, higher retention, and leaders equipped to build high-trust, equitable cultures.
A series of 8 experiential workshops for an internal coalition of ‘champions for change’, or in smaller workplaces for an entire team. Engaging conversations grounded in participants' lived experiences – not compliance theatre, but genuine skill-building centred around your unique workplace challenges.

FModern leaders need facilitation skills yet many default to PowerPoint presentations and one-way lectures that disengage participants and miss the collective wisdom in the room. Content: Facilitation mindset and psychological safety; facilitating connection and trust; facilitation toolbox; frameworks for catalytic questions; safety in sensitive conversations; transforming resistance; essential interpersonal skills; closing conversations with action and accountability; plus a Program Map for designing transformative learning experiences that drive tangible behavioral change.
Participants gain confidence facilitating honest dialogue, practical skills for engaging diverse groups, expanded toolkits of activities and questions, and the ability to redesign existing programs or create new ones from scratch.

Sometimes your team needs something different – a catalyst moment to reset culture, a shared language around a sensitive topic, or a custom experience that addresses your unique challenges. Whether you're bringing dispersed teams together, navigating organizational change, or want your entire workforce on the same page about wellbeing or inclusion, off-the-shelf programs don't always fit.
Bespoke workshops and retreats are designed specifically for your team's needs – from one-off team days to immersive multi-day retreats. I create experiences that bring your team together and reconnect them to purpose, vision, values, and each other, addressing your specific challenges with the right mix of connection-building, skill development, and strategic alignment.
Keynote options give your entire organization common language and shared understanding on difficult topics:
'Thriving Together' - An inspiring exploration of our human needs for connection and the simple actions we can take every day to build stronger, richer, more connected communities
'Healthy Masculinities at Work' - Based on 10 years leading Good Blokes Co, this creates a shared understanding of how culture shapes men's wellbeing and behaviour, with practical steps for more productive conversations

I’ve spoken to about 10 people and all POSITIVE. I’ve also had 6 direct emails thanking me for the session, noting it was ‘useful’, ‘timely’ and ‘amazing’.”
